1. Trademark Renewals in India
A trademark registration is valid for 10 years starting from the filing date.
A mark can be renewed within 12 months before the expiration of the current trademark registration.

The price is 459$ for one class. The government fee is included in the price.
1.3 Trademark renewal process

1.4 How to apply
Documents required: We only need a signed PoA (Power of Attorney) in order to proceed with the service.
1.5 What if the deadline is missed?
A trademark can be renewed within a grace period of 6 months after the expiration date, but there will be an extra fee for this.
An expired trademark might be restored within one year from the expiration of the registration of the trademark by paying the prescribed fee. Contact us for more details.
