Trademark renewal in Poland
If the applicant is an individual (whether it is an alien or a citizen), the patent attorney should represent his interests.
The trademark renewal procedure lasts from 3 to 6 months. Required translation of documents into Polish. The application to the Patent Office of Poland can be submitted in writing, by fax or electronically. Original documents must be submitted within 30 days.
Poland has signed the Madrid Agreement, so it’s easier for foreigners to apply for a trademark update to an international office.
Trademark registration Cost in Poland
The official fee for a paper trademark application is PLN 450, for an electronic trademark application is PLN 400 for one class and PLN 120 for each additional class in both aforementioned forms.
The registration fee is PLN 400 for each class and a further PLN 90 as publication fee.
