Trademark registration in Poland: Process
Our attorney will file your trademark within 5 business days. The process consists of 2 steps: (1) filing of the application and publication of the application (2) paying a final fee after the mark is published.
A trademark registration is valid for 10 years starting from the filing date.
The official fee for a paper trademark application is PLN 550, for an electronic trademark application is PLN 550 for one class and PLN 120 for each additional class in both aforementioned forms.
The registration fee is PLN 800 for each class and a further PLN 90 as publication fee. Our listed prices include all the official fees for filing a trademark, the final fee includes the registration fee.
Note, that the price of a registration request does not include final registration fees. The prices do not include any legal defenses in case of oppositions or objections.
If the applicant is an individual (whether it is a foreigner or a citizen), the patent attorney should represent his interests.
The trademark renewal procedure lasts from 3 to 6 months.
A trademark is renewable for a period of 10 years and valid from the filing date.

The price is 799$ for one class. The government fee is included in the price.
What if the deadline is missed?
After the expiration date a grace period of 6 months is provided to the registrant to renew the trademark paying an extra fee.
After the end of the grace period the mark expires without any ways of restoration, a new mark must be filed.
